The van will travel to medical appointments within a five mile radius of RosePointe and to downtown St. Paul.
This includes Bandana Square, Como and Arden Hills Health Partners, and the Midway area.
Please register one day in advance so the driver's schedule can be coordinated.  There is a $15.00 charge for medical appointments outside of this service area, up to 10 miles.
