RosePointe

RosePointe's main building, simply called RosePointe, is a 148-unit apartment building available to adults age 62 and older.  It is carefully designed with personal independence in mind, offering opportunities for you to stay involved and explore your interests, while offering just the right amount of services to optimize your time and quality of life in a stimulating and elegant setting.  All apartments are bright and airy with an atmosphere you will find warm and inviting.  An array of services, amenities and social activities are included in the monthly rental fee.

You arise when you choose to.  You  can  ease  into  your  day, preparing your own breakfast, or you can join others in our Towne Hall for the daily complimentary continental breakfast. Your exercise regimen could be a walk on  our groomed trails outside.  There are fitness classes for you  to take, or you could “do it yourself” in  the  Exercise Room.  An informal lunch is available in our Convenience Store, or you can, again, prepare your own.  Nearby restaurants offer a host of options. Fill the afternoons with whatever your passions are: shopping, reading, cards, in-house entertainment and socials, or enjoy one of our  excursions.   A fine  dining experience awaits you in our RoseRoom dining room.  Evening activities include Bridge Night, Poker Night, Bingo Night, scheduled entertainment or just visiting with  friends
