RosePointe's main building, simply called RosePointe, is a 148-unit apartment building available to adults age 62 and older.  It is carefully designed with personal independence in mind, offering opportunities for you to stay involved and explore your interests, while offering just the right amount of services to optimize your time and quality of life in a stimulating and elegant setting.  All apartments are bright and airy with an atmosphere you will find warm and inviting.  An array of services, amenities and social activities are included in the monthly rental fee.

RosePointe II is RosePointe's moderately priced 42-unit building located immediately adjacent to the main building. RosePointe II is designed for adults age 55 and older who may or may not be retired and who opt for a more modest lifestyle. Residents of RosePointe II can choose to obtain many services from the main building if desired.
